Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week is dedicated to giving
Florida residents the information they need to prevent a
spinal cord injury. Our ultimate goal is to reduce the
number of spinal cord injuries in this state. Florida is a
very active state, with year round boating, swimming in
pools, oceans, lakes, and participation in sporting
activities. To learn some simple facts about spinal cord
injuries and simple ways to prevent them,
Darrell Gwynn Foundation spends this week, as well as the entire year,
educating on ways to prevent a spinal cord injury through TV, print, events,
speaking engagements and tip sheet distribution.
Darrell Gwynn Foundation is always seeking volunteer speakers, campaign
partners or presentation opportunities. If you are interested in being a
part of Florida Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week as a speaker, sponsor, tip
sheet distribution site or have a presentation at your location, please
contact us at 954-792-7223 ext. 112.
Florida Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week Calendar of
