Florida Spinal Cord Injury

Awareness Week

November 13 - 19, 2006

Presented by The Darrell Gwynn Foundation

Florida Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week is dedicated to giving Florida residents the information they need to prevent a spinal cord injury. Our ultimate goal is to reduce the number of spinal cord injuries in this state. Florida is a very active state, with year-long swimming, oceans, lakes, and sporting activities, plus numerous cars on the road. With all of these activities, we need to take extra precautions. To learn some simple facts about spinal cord injuries and simple ways to prevent them, click here
